In Shirati, northern Tanzania, the Mother and Child Center at Shirati KMT Hospital has officially opened. The opening of the neonatal unit demonstrates that the project has truly been realized. The building is complete, the spaces are furnished, and the first steps toward occupancy have been taken. <\/p>\n\n

In addition, the center strengthens the local healthcare structure. Through training and knowledge exchange, expertise grows in the region. This contributes to the structural improvement of the quality of care. <\/p>\n\n

The ultimate goal remains clear: reducing preventable maternal and neonatal mortality and increasing their chances of survival.<\/p>\n\n
